Note:

One of Holt’s largest Italianate plantation houses, Sunnyside was built for Thomas Harris and credited to Holt by his granddaughter, who wrote in the early 20^th century that “Sunnyside was built by the architect Holt in the year 1850.” The plan featured crossing axial passages serving the front porch and two side porches.
