Note:

The Reynolds House was built in 1900 for William Neal Reynolds and was also the home of his brother Richard J. Reynolds; in 1904, Richard purchased the residence from William and in 1905 married Katharine Smith, and the couple lived there until they moved to their suburban estate, Reynolda House (see Charles Barton Keen).
