Note:

The Georgian Revival style residence was designed by Wooten for Leonard Oettinger and his family in 1937, and later revised by Wooten with his associate John R. Rowland. Oettinger’s family had founded Oettinger Brothers Furniture Company in 1872. The front entrance’s ornamental ironwork was created by the W. H. Jenkins Company, and the millwork, notably the exterior’s wide scalloped cornice and the central entrance’s merging of Georgian and Moderne style, was done to Wooten’s specifications by A. T. Griffin Manufacturing Company.
