Note:

Asbury’s single largest project, the campus buildings were erected over several years in a unifying red brick Colonial Revival style. The first cottages were designed by Asbury near the start of his career in Charlotte, and he continued to plan buildings for the school for many years. The photograph shows the Stonewall Jackson Training School Chapel.
