Lord’s drawings identify the building as the W. T. Weaver Building on Patton Avenue. Half of the first story contained a theater (See Pack SA1125, Pack Memorial Library, Asheville). Asheville Citizen-Times, September 29, 1912. At that time it was referred to as the Palace Theater and Air Dome.
