According to the National Register of Historic Places nomination for Westlawn, it was one of the most outstanding Greek Revival houses in the Fayetteville area. It featured hearty Greek Revival detailing including a columned porch. (Lucile Johnson indicated that it was moved to Lillington. The Preservation Fayetteville website states that it was demolished in 1983.)
