The grand scale and the bold and lavish Mission and Craftsman stone and wooden details set this house apart from the many brick foursquare residences in Trinity Park. The roof of copper was fashioned to resemble green tile. The stout porch posts of stone are typical of many of Rose and Rose’s residences.
